Gajak, prepared from Til {Seasme Seeds), Gul (Jaggery), Pure Ghee is a sweet delicacy originating in North-Central India.
Jaggery Gajak from Gwalior is available at Nanukaka in winter months, from December through January. This crispy delicacy can be enjoyed by all age groups.
