Poha Kurdai (पोहा कुरडई)

Poha Kurdai is type of papad which is prepared from Poha and is spiral in shape. It is also referred to as Pohyachi Kurdai and enjoyed fried or microwaved. It is enjoyed specially during monsoons and winters due to its spicy taste.

The making of this specialty product is limited to a very small and dwindling population in certain parts of Maharashtra owing to its complex production process and critical storage requirements. We work with our partners to bring the best quality product to you.

Ingredients: Poha Atta, Chili Powder, Salt, Papadkhar, Hing. No artificial colour, flavour or preservatives.
Storage: Store in a dry place. Pack in an airtight container after opening.
Preperation: Microwave for 45 seconds –  1 minute | Quick Deep Fry in hot oil |
