Batata Kis Chivda (बटाटा किस चिवडा)

Nanukaka’s Batata Kis Chivda, a traditional Maharashtrian Dish is specially prepared from Sundried Grated Potato. Our Chivda is very light and tasty fasting snack with a bit of red chili powder and Shendelon mith (sendha namak / saindhav mith).

Nanukaka prides itself to have the entire traditional processes in-house; from  Sundrying specific varieties of potatoes, frying in Sunflower Oil and preparing the Chivda with natural ingredients which gives it a unique taste.

बटाटा किसाचा चिवडा हा एक पारंपरिक खाद्य पदार्थ आहे. उन्हात वाळवलेला बटाट्याचा किस हा सूर्यफुलाच्या तेलामध्ये तळून, सैंधव मीठ व लाल तिखट घालून बटाटा किसाचा चिवडा तयार केला जातो. उपवास असो वा नसो, नानूकाकाचा हा कुरकुरीत बटाटा किस चिवडा लहानांपासून थोरल्यांपर्यंत सगळ्यांनाच आवडतो.

Storage: Store in a dry place. Pack in an airtight container after opening.
