Batata Kis


Nanaukaka’s Batata Kis is prepared from specific Potato varieties. The traditional process used to make our dried Batata Kis gives it a unique taste, rich texture and crispiness. We do not use Alum in preparation of Batata Kis.


Fried Batata Kis is generally used to make Chivda, especially during fasting.
