Gavhacha Chik or Gahu Chik is the milky white dough prepared from sprouted Wheat. Mod Alelya Gavhacha Chik is a traditional Maharashtrian delicacy, the preparation of which is traditionally a 4 day process. Our ready to cook Gavhacha Chik reduces the preparation time from 4 days to 15 minutes.
