Nanukaka Aluwadi Che Unde are steamed, ready to cook Aluwadi in frozen form.

Aluwadi is a spicy Maharashtrian delicacy made from a specific variety of Taro plant leaves.

Taro plant leaves are flat-veined, then rolled with a paste made from gram flour, tamarind, red chili powder, turmeric, , asafoetida, corriander powder, cumin powder, salt etc.; then steamed. These can be cut in smaller pieces to be eaten as steamed or fried to obtain a crispy texture.
