Nanaukaka’s Batata Kis is prepared from specific Potato varieties. The traditional process used to make sundried Batata Kis gives it the quintessential Golden Yellow Colour.
Rich Texture, Unique taste and Crispiness are the key highlights of great quality Batata Kis at Nanukaka. We do not use Alum in preparation of Batata Kis.

Batata Kis is used to prepare Batata Kis Vegetable which is enjoyed during Fasting or fried into Batata Kis Chivda with Rock Salt and Red Chili Powder.
